Terms of Service.

Piye is Project OS: one project that opens as Low Code for founders and as Developer for engineers. The product includes the web app, the desktop IDE, Comm-Link, Blueprint, Preview, both simulators, deploy, operations, and optional cloud AI.

Piye is not a guarantee that an app will ship, pass store review, or earn revenue.

• You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.
• You must have capacity to enter a contract.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials safe.

If you use Piye for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organisation. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or illegal activity.

You own the source, designs, and content you create. The desktop IDE writes to your disk. You are responsible for backups, Git remotes, and what you deploy.

You grant Piye a limited licence to host project metadata and to process prompts you send so we can run the service. That licence ends when you delete the data, except for copies we must keep by law.

AI output can be wrong. Review diffs, deploys, and store submissions before you ship. You are responsible for code, secrets, and customer data in apps you build.

Deploy and operations talk to third parties you connect (Vercel, Railway, GitHub, Stripe, Apple, Google, and others). Those providers have their own terms. Piye is not those providers.

Plans, what each includes, and their prices are as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices include VAT where EU or UK law requires it. Checkout, invoices, tax calculation, and card storage are handled by Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
• Canceling stops the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period.
• Promo codes apply as stated at checkout and may be single-use.
• EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you may lose that right for the used portion, as allowed by the Consumer Rights Directive. Contact support@piye.dev for a statutory refund request.
• Chargebacks and disputes are processed with Stripe.

Stripe’s terms apply to payment processing: stripe.com/legal.

Do not use Piye to:

• break the law or other people’s rights
• attack, scrape, or overload our systems
• bypass plan limits or security controls
• upload malware or try to extract other users’ data

You keep your work. Piye keeps the product, marks, UI, and documentation. You may not copy the IDE or rebrand it as your own.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Piye is not liable for lost profits, failed deploys, store rejections, or errors in AI output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
