The Blueprint and inspectors

A map of your app: the website or phone app, the server, sign-in, the database and the folders. During a build it shows each step, like writing 3 of 9 screens.

Website inspector: a theme from your brand colour, dark mode, readability, page titles and descriptions

The Timeline

Every build, change, fix and saved edit becomes a step. Undo any step, and the undo is a step too. The history is kept with Git on your computer, so no GitHub account is needed.

Payments run on Stripe, in your currency, with the ways your customers' country likes to pay. Keys stay in your computer's Keychain, go only to your host, and Piye's AI never reads them.

Every phone app runs three ways while you build. Piye sets up Android itself; for iPhone simulators you install only Xcode, on a Mac.

Go live

Publishing is free in Piye. Your app goes to your own accounts, and the checks run before anyone sees it.

Publish your website

Press Publish. Before it goes online, Piye checks the build, opens every page, lists the accounts to connect, and offers to add a privacy policy, terms and a contact page.

Your domain

On Vercel, connect your own domain inside Piye. It shows the records to add with copy buttons, ticks each one as it sees it, and switches over only once https works.

The App Store

When the store check says Ready for the stores, build and send it to TestFlight first. Piye writes the store text, takes the screenshots, prepares the privacy answers and makes an account for Apple's reviewers.

After the first upload by hand, Build it and send it to Google Play does the rest, and Piye answers the Data safety form.

Updates and operations

Expo apps can send updates in minutes without a store review. App Operations covers protection, automations like a founder inbox and an uptime check, and growth.

Do I own what Piye builds?

Yes. It's a normal project folder on your computer, running on your own accounts. Open it in any developer tool, or hand it to a developer.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe, look and click, and Piye explains any technical step in plain words.

Do I need other accounts to start?

No. While you build, Piye provides sign-in, email, test payments, phone codes and a database. You connect your own accounts when you go live.

How long does a build take?

About 4 to 8 minutes on Fast. Bigger apps, Auto and Customize take longer.

What does it cost?

The app is free, with every feature on every plan. AI uses credits: Starter gives you 750 free credits, and again every 6 months. Visual Edit, previews, simulators and publishing use none. Hosting, domains and the stores are paid to those companies.

Where is my app hosted?

On your own account, at Vercel by default, or Cloudflare Pages, Railway or Hostinger.

Can I undo a change?

Always. Every change is a step in the Timeline, and any step can be undone.

Can a developer take over?

Yes. Invite them from Visual: Piye writes them a brief, and they open the same project in Code, on their own copy of its history. Your keys, chats and Piye's memory stay with you.
