How pricing works
- The app is free. Every feature of Visual, Code and Piye Studio is on every plan, Starter included. No plan limits how many projects you make.
- You pay for AI. Piye's AI is metered in credits. A plan includes credits each month; when they run out on a paid plan, you can pay as you go.
- Prices are before VAT. VAT for your country is added at checkout, and Stripe shows the total before you pay. See Billing, VAT and invoices.
- Monthly or yearly. Every paid plan can be paid by the year: 12 months for the price of 10, so 2 months are free. Pro yearly is €250 + VAT a year.

Starter is for trying Piye properly: the full Piye agent, real builds, real previews. Piye is free forever: 750 free credits to start, and again every 6 months. Each claim lasts 30 days from that day, and runs on the models marked Free. Paid plans get the same free credits every 6 months, on top of their own.
On Starter, Visual builds on Fast, and Code runs on these models with Piye's credits: Claude Opus 4.6 and 4.5, Claude Sonnet 4.6 and 4.5, Claude Haiku 4.5, Devstral 2 and Mistral Large 3. Code's model menu still shows every model: the others say what opens them (a paid plan, or your own API key for that provider). Your own keys and local models through Ollama work in Code on every plan.

What every plan includes
- Visual, Code and Piye Studio, with no feature held back.
- The full Piye agent, with every tool: the editor, the terminal, previews, phones, deploy, Operations and MCP connections.
- Handoff, to invite developers and partners.
- Publishing to your own accounts: web hosts, the App Store and Google Play.
- Your own API keys and local models in Code, at no cost from Piye.
Paid plans and credits
- Monthly credits arrive on your billing date, once Stripe confirms the payment.
- Yearly plans are paid once a year, and their credits still come month by month: the first month's when Stripe confirms the payment, then one month's on the same day each month, the same amount as monthly.
- Unused credits carry over for one more month, then end.
- Pay as you go: once a paid plan's credits run out, add 720 credits for every €10 + VAT, by hand or with auto top-up. Credits you buy don't expire. Starter can't pay as you go: upgrade instead.

Change or cancel
- Upgrade at any time: it starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period (on a yearly plan, the rest of the year).
- Monthly to yearly starts your year that day: you pay the year, and what's left of this month's credits carries over.
- Downgrade, or yearly to monthly, at any time: it starts on your next billing date (on a yearly plan, when the year ends).
- Cancel in Billing (Cancel plan, move to Starter) or in the billing portal: you keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of buying, you can instead cancel and get back what you paid, less the share of the credits you used. See Billing.
Your projects are on your computer, so they stay yours whatever plan you are on.
